We are a small two-person team and work very hard to get your order to you. Here's what you need to know about your order:

• When will I get my order? We ship every or every other business day. After your shipment is marked as shipped, it should take 3-6 business days to get to you!
• I want to cancel my order. Since we start working on your order right away, we are only able to accept cancellations within 12 hours after placing your order.
• I accidentally put in the wrong address! If you put in the wrong address, please email us at supernuttysquishy@gmail.com ASAP! However, after your order has already been shipped out, we cannot guarantee any changes.
• How do I track my order? After your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email. After we drop your package off at the courier, you should receive another email with a tracking number right away!
